I’ve just discovered a weird problem with my email that meant some messages dating as far back as 2017 (!!!) were not delivered to me and I’ve only just seen them this morning.
I think I’ve managed to retrieve and reply to the undelivered messages, many of which were lesson enquiries. And I’m working to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
I take communication via leedsharmonica.uk very seriously and I’m appalled this has been an issue for so long without me realising. I’d like to publicly and sincerely apologise to those affected.
